Maintaining a sense of wonder is an important aspect of aging gracefully. An attitude of gratitude is another valuable ingredient. As adversities come our way, we can choose to give thanks and even discover joy in our journey of faith. The light of God’s love is more powerful than darkness. Where the Sprit of the Lord is there is love, joy, peace, hope and light.
