Inspiring children to sing is of upmost importance, and knowing how to help them sing in-tune is important. Children love “hands-on” learning, and the playing of rhythm and percussion instruments is an integral part of learning. Attention is also given to linking sight and sound. We take time to see the notes for what we sing and play. Eventually this leads to reading, “hearing what we see.” If teaching is your passion, you’re probably looking for new ideas.
